I have not received the Dew Magic Mirror yet. Yes, I am very upset about this. I've had to put in a replacement order & I hoping that I do get that! I did let someone know about the issue, I've received an apology, as well as an offer to do a refund or a replacement. I've gave instructions on how I want the mirror to be sent to me (which is deliveredto my Apt door) & I was told that they (customer service) does not have control over how UPS/USPS does the delivery. I know that may be true to a certain extent but it was like 'you'll just have to wait is all we can tell you'. As I've said this is really upsetting because I am a first time customer & it is unfortunate that things like this happens to the customers & just have to put up with it. So, this is why I've given the product a one star rating. I am sure that the mirror is very nice to look at however, how would I know about that when I did not even get it yet?
